卡介苗
膀胱癌手术之后是需要按疗程进行膀胱灌注治疗的，目前认为最好的一个灌注药就是卡介苗，它对于控制膀胱癌的复发作用是非常明显的，但是它的不良反应也是比较多的。再有就是费用相对来说会高一点一般会在1千块钱左右，根据每个医院的价格是不同的。总的来说它是比其他药物来说比较贵的，如果觉得价钱比较贵，还有副作用比较大，可以考虑应用一些别的药物，比如丝裂霉素，还有吡柔比星这类药物也对膀胱癌的复发有一定的作用，效果也是很不错的。

(新闻2016.04)国药中生所属成都生物制品研究所有限责任公司和有关单位合作研制出国家级新药——治疗用卡介苗，于2013年12月在国内成功上市，填补了我国膀胱癌临床应用生物制剂治疗的空白，为膀胱癌患者的治疗带来了福音。为更好地服务广大患者，2014年3月开始，该产品由深圳万维医药贸易有限公司代理销售。卡介苗（BCG）是活的牛型减毒结核杆菌，由法国科学家卡默特()于1908年培养成功，并由此命名。长期以来，BCG主要作为疫苗用于结核的预防接种。1976年, Morales首先在临床中成功应用BCG膀胱灌注治疗膀胱癌，显著降低了患者术后复发率。1980年，Lamm 在其前瞻性研究中肯定了BCG对膀胱癌的治疗作用。随后国内外不断有多中心的临床对照研究证明BCG是中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌术后灌注治疗的标准用药。关于BCG的作用机制，目前认为BCG通过诱发局部免疫反应达到治疗效果，细胞介导的细胞毒效应可能起重要作用。全球泌尿外科三大诊治指南（CUA、EAU、AUA）均指出，中高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌（NMIBC），术后BCG灌注治疗，能有效预防肿瘤复发，并显著降低肿瘤进展风险。目前，BCG灌注治疗已经成为中高危NMIBC术后治疗首选的国际标准方案。
