48款网贷类App被监管点名，逾期未整改将被处置
5月10日，国家互联网信息办公室（即“国家网信办”）官网发布《关于腾讯手机管家等84款App违法违规收集使用个人信息情况的通报》。近期，针对人民群众反映强烈的App非法获取、超范围收集、过度索权等侵害个人信息的现象，国家网信办依据法律和有关规定，组织对安全管理、网络借贷等常见类型公众大量使用的部分App的个人信息收集使用情况进行了检测。针对检测发现的问题，国家网信办要求，相关App运营者应当于本通报发布之日起15个工作日内完成整改，并将整改情况报该办，逾期未完成整改的该办将依法予以处置。
国家网信办通过检测，共公示出48款存在违规问题的网络借贷类App。其中，不仅包括滴滴金融、360借条、分期乐等金融科技公司旗下的网络借贷类App，亦包括了招联消金、马上消金、平安消金、中原消金等持牌消费金融公司网络借贷类App，以及招商银行、平安银行等银行系的网络借贷类App应用。
从存在问题来看，“违反必要原则，收集与其提供的服务无关的个人信息等”成为重灾区，48款被点名的App中有超一半存在此类现象。此外，“未经用户同意收集使用个人信息等”问题同样严重，有18款网络借贷类App存在这种现象，包括持牌的银行业者与消费金融公司。
48款网络借贷类App违规情况及运营商的具体情况如下：
